Our Mission:

To establish Cheer Central as the BEST all-star program in the west by setting and maintaining the highest standard; having the best coaching staff; setting ourselves apart at competitions  by performing routines that are innovative, dynamic, and unique; being actively involved in the community; doing business with the utmost of integrity; and by building confidence and self-esteem in every cheerleader at Cheer Central in an encouraging environment while teaching the values of hard work, perserverance, and selflessness.

Our History and Philosophy:

Cheer Central, Inc. was founded in January 2001 by Wendy Ayers and Julie Gillaspie. Our first night we started with one little girl and two coaches. Word spread quickly, and our class program grew. We decided to start our first all-star team in the spring of 2001. Our first year we had one team with 16 inexperieced girls. They learned fast, and we brought home many regional championships. In our second year we added two more teams and won our first national title. Last season we brought home over 20 national titles, including 2 NCA National Titles, one NCA Nationals LEVEL GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP, and had 2 teams compete at the World Championships. We have had a team place in the top 10 at Worlds for the last 3 years. We are proud of the ALL of our athletes, and the continued progress and growth of the program! Our Cheer Central Suns coaches are eager to continue the tradition of excellence we have worked so hard to establish!

One of our main goals at Cheer Central is to foster innovation and excellence. We work hard in all aspects of our gym, from training the kids to running an efficient customer friendly business. Most importantly, we believe that cheerleading is a way in which we can positively affect kids' lives. We believe that through discipline and hard work, our athletes can accomplish amazing things, both in our gym and in the world. We teach them to aim high, and they have. We have been blessed with great athletes, great support from parents, friends, and family, and look forward to continuing to work hard toward establishing the Cheer Central Suns as one of the best gyms in the country.
